At THQ, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, including all protective padding and hardware, to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
